Transforming Lives
Many of you who have served with Discipleship Ministries have experienced firsthand how short-term service increases faith and transforms people into wholehearted followers of Jesus.

We continue to see God at work – for example, in the last Germany YES team. The team members came from diverse theological backgrounds and had a lot of potential for conflict. But God worked through Eric and Val Roth’s leadership to release new freedom and grace in the team members’ lives.

One member of that team was Brent Linde. While in YES, Brent came to know Jesus in a much more personal relationship. His hunger for Jesus was evident to all who knew him; he even took the initiative to read the entire Bible during his training and freely shared Jesus with people he met. Now home from outreach, Brent is serving at the Harrisburg Discipleship Center.

We are called to continue to plant mission seeds in the hearts of young people both in our local community, and all over the world. But Discipleship Ministries faces significant financial challenges. We need $50,000 to continue to transform lives here and around the world.

Can you help us with your gift of $20, $50, $100, or more? Designate your contribution to “Transforming Lives” either online [link] or by check (payable to Eastern Mennonite Missions);  mail checks to:

Thanks for continuing to live out God’s call wherever you are, and for nurturing that call in the lives of young people through Discipleship Ministries.
